Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and you are covered by the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it, unused, for a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in the case of items being returned to us outside of the specified delivery time. The regulations state that a retailer can make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Please note that the buyer pays for returning any goods unless they are faulty and as returns are sent entirely at the buyer's risk, please obtain proof of postage and insurance. Refunds and exchanges are processed following receipt of the returned item, please allow at least 5 working days for this. Please note that we will refund the basic delivery cost, however, if you opted for enhanced service when you placed the order, the full cost of this may not be refunded.

Warranty

All of our watches have a 2-year international warranty.  The warranty covers defects but does not cover damage due to negligence or normal wear and tear.
