  • Delivery address- Please double-check that the address you entered is correct.
  • Check with your neighbours- If your order was delivered to the wrong address, please check with your neighbors to see if they have it.
  • Deliveries to apartment blocks or offices- If the delivery address is located in an apartment block or office, please check with reception or neighbors/colleagues to see if they have received it.
